Thank you for supporting Lauren Stine, an independent artist. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Reporting Issues
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a return or refund.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos, if applicable (for damaged or incorrect items)
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- The item must be in good, original condition (unless damaged in shipping)
- The item must not be used, altered, or damaged after receipt
- The item must be returned in its original or similar protective packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom or commissioned artwork
- Digital downloads
- Any item marked as final sale
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as fairly as possible.
